In his personal life, Pierre Fitch admitted to Fab Magazine in 2008 that he suffers from ADD, or Attention Deficit Disorder, and that he can't sit still for long. After coming out to his parents at the age of 19, Fitch says he moved to Toronto, Canada, while continuing his porn work.

Fitch was nominated for the 2006 Best Actor GayVN Award and, with Tom Judson (credited as Gus Mattox), for Best Sex Scene (Duo). He did not win either award, being beaten twice by Lewis Daly (as Snake Plissken).
